Free Shipping on all UPS orders over $500 and Freight orders over $1200

Free shipping applies only to in stock items. Items shipping directly from the manufacturer will still be charged shipping.

  • Free shipping excludes all Hazmat products, tape, masking paper and paint cans.
  • Body filler products are considered Hazmat and cannot be shipped via UPS.
  • Items shipping UPS oversize will only be charged the UPS oversize fee.
  • Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to HI and AK.

On all orders that qualify for free shipping. If the shipping is not calculated correctly please email us at sales@erisautomotivetools.com and we will adjust the shipping after the order is placed.

Shipping & Handling: All orders will be shipped UPS. Shipping charges are calculated based on UPS's shipping calculations. Shipping charges will be shown during checkout before payment information is required. If the shipping charges do not seem to be calculated correctly please email us at customerservice@erisautomotivetools.com.

Haz-Mat Handling Charge: UPS charges a hazardous materials charge for any combustible item that are shipped. We strive to keep our shipping prices current but there may be some items that will require this fee. If your order will require this fee and it is not already calculated in the shipping costs, we will email you prior to shipping your order.
 
Truck Freight Charge: Freight charged are not always calculated correctly. We strive to keep our shipping prices current but there may be some items that will require an additional freight fee. If your order will require any additional freight charges, and it is not already calculated in the shipping costs, we will email you prior to shipping your order.

Delivery Time: 95% of all orders will be shipped within 1 or 2 business days. Please allow 3-7 business days for items which may not be in stock.

Damaged Items: Please inspect all packages before accepting delivery. If item is damaged please contact us within 3 days of receipt to acquire an RMA number. A replacement for the damaged item will be sent once damaged item is returned.

Back Orders: All orders will be shipped as complete as possible and any back orders will be shipped automatically with no extra expense.

Sales Tax: All shipments within the state of Ohio will be charged Ohio State tax. We also must charge sales tax in the state of Florida, California, and Maryland. These states require sales tax to be charged on all retail sales.

Errors and Omissions: Information on this website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Fraud prevention:

When using our shopping cart, we utilize the following features to prevent fraud and to protect us and our customers.

Address Verification System (AVS)

AVS is a verification system that compares the billing/invoice address information provided by the customer online with the billing address on file at the customer’s credit card issuing bank. Our processor reports the AVS Response Code to accept or reject the transaction.  

• Card Verification Number:

This is a three or four-digit security code that is printed on your card. The value appears in reverse italic at the top of the signature panel on the back of the card, or just above the end of the card number on the front of the card. The additional numbers provide an extra measure of security against unauthorized transactions. We require the Card Verification Number for American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard transactions. The card would need to be present for the purchaser to know the number, as it is not stored on any system outside of the credit card issuers’.  Our system rejects transactions where the code provided by the cardholder is invalid.

BILL (INVOICE) TO ADDRESS:

When using the shopping cart, your BILLING (Invoice To) address should match with the billing address on file at your credit card issuing bank. If not, your credit card transaction will be declined by our system.  If your transaction is declined, please correct your addresses and wait at least 1 minutes before resubmitting again.  If shipping address is different than your billing address, then see note below!  This also applies for PO box addresses.  Since FedEX/UPS do not ship to PO Box addresses, we still need a physical address.

 

SHIP (DELIVER) TO ADDRESS:

Our policy is to ship to a confirmed or verifiable billing address on file with your credit card company only. If you requests that we ship to a different address, we require one of the following, where allowed by law, to prove identity:

First Option: Add your shipping address to your credit card account:

  • You can contact your bank (the customer service phone # is on the back of the credit card you used for your order)
  • Ask them to add your shipping address to your account as a secondary address. They will usually add it to the notes section of your account.
  • We will then need you to email us the phone number for your bank so that we can contact them and verify that your shipping address is on file.
  • Please reference your order number when emailing us. 
  • If you haven't placed your order yet, you can add a note in the "Notes" section of the shopping cart. for us to call your bank (enter their phone number). 

Second Option: Fax us a legible copy of the front and back of your credit card along with the banks contact phone number located on the back of your credit card. Please include the billing address for the card as well. This can be faxed to 614-870-8513.

These types of security measures are unfortunately necessary in an online environment where it is difficult to check someone's identity. In the physical world, sellers can check someone's credit card and driver's license. In the online world, where simple and effective identification tools do not yet exist, we have to take different precautions. We believe that these safety precautions are in the interest of all our customers.
